2 The Xtreme Newsletter Hello everyone. I've done some work to the back-end of the Character Registry. So, you want to toss in a character into the database here? Head over to http://www.2thextreme.org/editchar.php and create a character. Once a character is added, they will immediately show up in the registry for everyone else to see. A few notes about the application though... * THIS IS NOT THE FINAL CODE, IT IS ALPHA DEVELOPMENT. This script is technically a development script to help aid me in the addition of characters into the database. The more user-friendly script is in the works. * If you are registered, only you and an admin will be able to edit your character. Smile * If you are an unregistered user, any other unregistered user can edit and delete your character. * Much of the stuff in the script is pretty obvious but other bits of data are fairly technical. Trying to assign stuff to your character will not work. If you do not know what something is, leave blank. * You DO NOT have access to the images management system if you added a character. However, MGCJerry can assign a picture if you are so inclined to include one. * Some of the data supplied is computed to generate other fields, and will replace anything you try specifiying yourself. * The "hide" functionality is only partially implemented, and is not accessable to users yet. * The character data is designed for the 2 The Xtreme universe which is not a dice based game, but more of a story related game. There are no spots for HP, MP, AC, etc. This is not eProfiler! * Use at own risk!
