Cynthia arrived in the ADS Selena Cygni system a number of months ago in a spaceport on the planet Jadel called Penny Bays. Her arrival to Selena generated a fair amount of fear and uncertainty since the last time a ship like hers was seen, it laid waste to the Isicander Outpost and ended the Isicander Wars. Despite fears and people keeping their distance, Cindy just loitered around Penny Bays quietly and kept to herself. After a couple days, Cindy left without incident.
